Managing Partner
Manolo Pasero
Manolo Pasero is an experienced attorney based in Tijuana, Mexico. He was born in Mexico City on January 20, 1980 and obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Monterrey in 2003. He continued his education obtaining a master's degree in International Corporate Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana between 2006 and 2008.
Pasero has written two notable works: "Comparative Study Between the Different Types of Existing Companies in Mexico and in the United States of America" and "The Legal Framework for the Maquiladora Industry."
In addition to writing and academic achievements, Manolo is also a member of the Tijuana Economic and Industrial Development Council (DEITAC); Japan Society of San Diego & Tijuana; U.S.-Mexico Bar Association; Rosarito Economic Development Council; National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE). Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
Manolo Pasero's practice areas include corporate law, transactions, administrative law, environmental law, immigration law, foreign investment, real estate law, and labor law. He is fluent in Spanish and English, making him well-equipped to serve clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Felipe Ledezma
Felipe Ledezma is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and two master's degrees: one in Organizational Development and another in Applied Public Management. With over four years of experience in the efficient management of both public and private resources, Felipe has shown a deep passion for generating talent that adds significant value to companies.
Throughout his career, he has held key roles such as City Councilor in Tijuana, where he was also the president of the Municipal Planning and Environmental Committees. In these roles, he managed planning processes and the protection of urban green spaces, in addition to fulfilling corresponding legislative duties.
Moreover, Felipe has worked as the General Director at PACASA, where he led recruitment and personnel selection processes, general administration, and conducted performance and work climate evaluations. His skills include leadership, teamwork, and proactivity, proving to be an effective and flexible communicator.
In parallel, Felipe has contributed to the economic community as president of the College of Economists of Baja California and as an economic advisor in the Chamber of Deputies. His profile is complemented by experience in the financial sector as a stockbroker on the NYSE and intermediate-level English skills.
Héctor Bustamante
Héctor Bustamante is an experienced lawyer based in Tijuana, Mexico. He was born on March 12, 1975, in San Diego, California. He earned his degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego in 1997 and continued his academic journey with a Doctorate in Law from California Western School of Law in 2002.
Bustamante began his professional career by collaborating with the San Diego court as an advisor on civil lawsuits, providing his expertise to the tribunal. With over 20 years of experience in international law, he has significantly impacted the lives of hundreds of people through his work in immigration, criminal, civil, and family law.
For over eight years, Héctor has specialized in legal procedures related to the dynamic border between Tijuana and San Diego. His deep understanding of this region has made him the trusted lawyer for those seeking to open new opportunities in the United States.
In addition to his legal career, Héctor is a dedicated family man and a prominent professional boxer in Tijuana. His discipline and determination in all aspects of his life are a testament to his commitment and competitive spirit.

Kenia Ruth Barajas Nuño
Kenia Ruth Barajas Nuño has more than 18 years of experience working at Pasero Abogados. She has a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Mexico. In addition, she has a diploma in Labor Law from the College of Labor Lawyers, a diploma in Foreign Trade from the Autonomous University of Baja California and a master's degree in Corporate Law from the Graduate Institute of Criminal Sciences and Criminal Policy of Baja California.
Throughout her career, she has specialized in the formation of companies, acquisitions and sales of shares and corporate interests, mergers, spin-offs, administrative, immigration, contractual law, IMMEX companies, and private and public international law. Kenia Ruth Barajas speaks fluent English and Spanish, with a great ability to serve clients of diverse backgrounds and needs.
